    Nice job! Love the modern interpretations (tv on the table plus VCR & actual VHS cassettes!), the rainy exterior (and someone peeping in?) but a nod to the original with a bottle of absinthe at the foot of the bed.

      Thanks 🙂 The glowing things in the window were originally meant to be neon lights and/or futuristic flying car headlights (they turn up in a lot of the cyberpunk art I have queued up for next year), but the idea that they’re creepy eyes of some kind works well too LOL!!!!

      I’m glad that you noticed the absinthe bottle too 🙂 I was originally going to make all of the paintings on the wall Van Gogh paintings (and add Hokusai’s famous “Wave” painting print to the carpet), but ended up dropping this idea [at the pencil sketch stage] for complexity/time/ visual consistency reasons. Plus, the glowing abstract paintings look a lot more ominous too.
