It’s Another “Alternative Versions” Art Preview :)

Well, since I wasn’t quite satisfied with the article that I’d originally scheduled for today, I thought that I’d show off alternative versions (with differing levels of digital editing/effects to the final paintings etc..) of some of the art that will be appearing here next year instead.

Plus, since some of these paintings are a bit topical (eg: with regard to the snowy weather earlier this month), I kind of wanted to show them off. And, yes, due to the fact that I make daily paintings quite far in advance, these previews of next January’s paintings will be of “realistic” landscapes, based on photos I took.

This is mostly because it’s one of the only ways I can make good art quickly (without having to spend time working out what to paint) whilst also writing my daily short stories. So, yes, there will be a lot more realistic landscapes appearing here from mid-late January onwards next year.

Anyway, here are the “alternative versions” previews šŸ™‚ Enjoy šŸ™‚
