Today’s Art (1st May 2019)

Well, due to tiredness, today’s artwork was a rather quick (and somewhat badly-drawn) digitally-edited drawing based on this photo I took of part of Massey’s Folly (in Farringdon) last May.

As usual, this drawing is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.

Today’s Art (27th April 2019)

Well, today’s artwork is a quick digitally-edited drawing that is based on this photo I took of Massey’s Folly. Originally, this picture was just meant to be greyscale – but this version didn’t look great. So, I added colour digitally – although this gave the picture more of a stylised look, I quite like how it turned out 🙂

Today’s Art (5th December 2018)

Well, since I was tired, I decided to make a digitally-edited drawing instead of a painting. Since the opening chapter of the novel I was reading at the time (The Pharaoh’s Secret” by Clive Cussler & Graham Brown) was set in Ancient Egypt, this seemed like a good theme. Of course, the drawing quickly went in much more of a gothic horror/ Lovecraftian horror- style direction. And, for something that I made in 30-40 minutes when I was tired, it turned out a lot better than I expected.

As usual, this drawing is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.
