Today’s Art (29th August 2019)

Well, I thought that I’d spend a day or two making photo-based paintings. So, today’s digitally-edited painting is based on this photo I took of Portsmouth (as seen from part of Portsdown Hill) last September.

As usual, this painting is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.

Today’s Art (7th June 2019)

Well, due to hot weather and tiredness, today’s artwork was a futuristic digitally-edited sci-fi/cyberpunk photo montage using elements from photos and footage (some of which has been digitally-enhanced or had some hue alterations) that I took of Portsdown Hill, a road in Leigh Park and some fields near Finchdean one night last June (you can see the source photos/video stills here, here, here, here, here and here).

As usual, this photo montage is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.

Today’s Art (24th April 2019)

Well, today’s digitally-edited painting is based on this photo I took of a field on the side of Portsdown Hill last May. And, even though I was fairly tired when I made this painting, it turned out at least slightly better than I’d expected.

As usual, this painting is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.

Today’s Art ( 19th April 2019 )

Well, today’s digitally-edited painting is based on this photo that I took on the side of Portsdown Hill last May. Although the tree in the foreground turned out better than I expected, the rest of the painting ended up being less detailed than I’d hoped.

As usual, this painting is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.
